As a queer-led music development organisation, we see and understand the barriers LGBTQ+ people have across the industry, from emerging artists to international touring musicians, interns in creative organisations to senior managers. We offer workshops and consultancy as part of our mission to make the industry a more equitable, inclusive and diverse place.

Collaborative & Tailored
We prioritise people; the sessions are open learning spaces where we create environments both online, and in person, where attendees can ask questions, learn new skills and share their own knowledge and experiences with each other. Sessions are interactive and full of exercises, facilitated conversations, and action planning that help attendees move their organisation or project forward. Our collaborative approach means we discuss session plans with you and tailor sessions specifically to your organisation.
